USAGE

Take 1-2 capsules per day with intention. It is recommended to allow for at least 10 minutes of mindfulness after taking.

Best taken before food. For maximum absorption open the capsule and take directly in the mouth or in a beverage with healthy fats. The potency can be increased if taken with cacao. If you have a particularly sensitive digestive system you can take with food or after a meal.

Suggested protocol: 4-5 days on, 2-3 days off.

The 2-3 day break is to reset the neurotransmitters. After approximately 3 weeks of following a protocol the capsules can be taken intuitively.
