Hi, I’m Aaryn

For nearly twenty years, my path has been shaped by plant medicine, pilgrimage, devotion, and the long arc of healing work. Through my own tribulations, initiations, awakenings, and deep spiritual emergence, I learned the art of tending the hearth of essence.

Descent, Initiation & Return

I walk this path as one who has passed through profound descent — extended seasons of pain, disconnection, spiritual upheaval, and two long dark nights that reshaped my inner terrain. A spiritual emergence cracked my life open, and a thirteen-year soul initiation drew me deep into the underworld of my own becoming. In those years, I learned to metabolize what felt unbearable, to digest and transmute the chrysalis of becoming, and to practice the slow, devotional and ongoing art of welcoming myself home.
These passages became the architecture of my offerings.

Training, Lineage & Devotion

My foundations hold both formal study and spirit medicine: Craniosacral and Polarity Therapy through NMAHA, the Yew Mysteries with Michael Dunning, and more than twenty years in relationship with plant medicine traditions in Peru and Mexico. Grief ritual, ancestral tending, and devotional pilgrimages continue to shape my orientation to the tending arts .

I am an ongoing student of a living Huachuma teacher in Chavín de Huantar, Peru, whose alignment keeps my practice connected to the pulse of the cactus and the living medicine it carries.

The Birth of HeartH Tend

HeartH Tend emerged from the alchemy of those years of thresholds and initiationary passage — from listening to the body’s whisperings, the breath’s intelligence, and the teachings of the earth and her plants and fungi. It grew out of my lived experience of transforming shadow into light, fragmentation into coherence, and disconnection into embodied presence.

At its center is a prayer: to remember, to reconnect, and to embody essence.

My Way of Working

My path weaves craniosacral and somatic practices, plant and fungal intelligence, breathwork, clairgnosis, energetic tracking, and deep presence. These threads form the living fabric of HeartH Tend, an offering devoted to helping others find the ember of true essence and truth within themselves.
